John the Disciple after documenting many of Jesus’ miracles stated “Now there are also many other things that Jesus did. Were every one of them to be written, I suppose that the world itself could not contain the books that would be written.” John 21:25

Did you catch that? Jesus did so many miracles that all the books in the world could not contain them! Now granted, there were less books then than there are now. But there were still HUGE libraries in existence.

Take for example the Library of Alexandria was established somewhere around 285-246 B.C. This was one of the largest museums in the ancient world, housing what was believed to be 200,00-700,00 scrolls.

That means Jesus did a LOT of miracles!

Teaching the miracles of Jesus is one of my favorite Sunday School units. Can you imagine seeing paralyzed men walk, blind men see, or lepers healed instantly? Can you imagine catching a fish and discovering it was the perfect amount to pay your taxes? How about watching your brother, Lazarus, be raised from the dead?

Jesus’ miracles are mind blowing!
