Materials Needed: paper, colored pencil
Bible Verse Acts 17-24-25:
24 “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. 25 And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else.Talking Points: God formed us with His perfect hands. He can do anything He wants. He gave us hands because He wanted to. Just like He gave us hands, He gave us life because He wanted to.
Questions: What are some things you do with your hands to help God? Can you pray? Can you help others?
Activity: Have the child trace his/her hands on a piece of paper. Let them practice tracing your hands too.
Prayer: God, thank you for making my hands and feet and eyes and mouth. Thank you for making my whole body! Please help me to use my hands to help others to glorify you. Amen!
