Lesson Learned:  God made all the trees and plants.
Materials Needed:  construction paper, glue, scissors
Bible Verse :
Genesis 1:11-13
11 Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. 12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 13 And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.
Talking Points:  God made every plant and tree that we can see.  He made plants green and flowers all sorts of colors.  He decided where the trees would grow and what kind of fruit would come from trees.
Questions:  Do you like flowers?  What is your favorite color flower?  Did you know that apples and oranges and bananas grow on trees?  What is your favorite fruit to eat?  Who made all the flowers and trees?
Activity:
Have the child make a tree out of the construction paper and cut out pieces of fruit to glue on it.

I like to eat, eat, eat apples and bananas
