Lesson Learned: God loves everyone.
Materials Needed: Old catalogs or magazines, glue stick, scissors, piece of paper
Bible Verse:
Galatians 3:26-29
26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Talking Points: God loves everyone. He made each and everyone of us and He wants us all to come to know Him and His Son, Jesus. It doesn’t matter what you look like or where you live or what you do or whether your a girl or a boy; God loves everyone.
Questions: Who does God love? Does God care if you are boy or a girl? Does He care where you live?
Activity: Cut pictures of people out of old catalogs or magazines and let the child glue them onto a piece of paper in a collage. Ask the child to describe the people as they paste them onto the collage.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving each and everyone one of us. We are so glad that we are Your children. Amen!
